Medea was a woman of strong emotions, one of the things she says that moves me is: "...my passion is the master of my reason..."
ReplyDeleteNo doubt she was madly in love with with Jason, and his reason to divorced her and marry. someone else was a betray. Medea as a stong passionate woman lost her senses and suffers in agony to the point to seek revenge. She decides to make Jason suffer as she is suffering by ending the lives of their children, is there when she ends her pain. I simpathize with her on the fact that she is showing her pain for all the world to see to the point of be a nuisance to Creon and being exiled out of Corinth, she did not want to suffer in silence for sure.
